SMS messaging program
If you opt in, you consent to receive recurring text messages from Cameron Smith. These messages cover:

How to stop or get help

Sharing of mobile information

Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third party except the messaging service providers we use to deliver messages on our behalf, and those providers are not permitted to use the information for any other purpose.

How long we keep it
Transaction records are retained as required for real estate record-keeping. Consent records are retained for at least four years after consent is revoked, so that we can show consent existed and was honored if it is ever questioned.
Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect the information we hold. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Your choices
You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, subject to records we are required to keep. California residents have additional rights under the CCPA. Email [email protected] and we will respond.
Children
This site and our services are not directed to anyone under 18 and we do not knowingly collect their information.
Changes
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top. Material changes to the SMS program will not be applied retroactively to consent already given; we would ask you to opt in again.
