These terms apply to your use of this website and to the Cameron Smith SMS messaging program, operated by Cameron Smith. By using the site or opting in to text messages, you agree to them.

Our services

Cameron Smith provides real estate transaction coordination. We manage documents, dates and communication on a transaction. We are not a law firm and we do not provide legal advice. We are not a party to your purchase agreement, and nothing we provide changes the terms of that agreement or your obligations under it. Decisions about your transaction remain yours, made with your agent and, where appropriate, your own attorney.

SMS messaging terms

When you opt in on our consent page, you agree to receive recurring automated and non-automated text messages from Cameron Smith at the number you gave us. The full list of message types is set out on that page and in our Privacy Policy.

  • Frequency. Message frequency varies with activity on your transaction.
  • Cost. Message and data rates may apply. We do not charge for the messages; your carrier may.
  • Opt out. Reply STOP at any time to stop. We also honor STOP, STOPALL, CANCEL, END, QUIT, UNSUBSCRIBE. You will get one final message confirming you have been unsubscribed.
  • Help. Reply HELP, or email [email protected].
  • Not a condition. Agreeing to receive texts is not a condition of purchasing any product or service.
  • Carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is not guaranteed.
  • Your number. You confirm the number you give us is yours and that you are authorized to consent for it. Tell us if it changes or is reassigned.

Acceptable use

Do not use this site to submit false information, to submit someone else's phone number without their permission, or to attempt to disrupt the site. We may decline or discontinue service.

Intellectual property

The content of this site is owned by Cameron Smith and may not be copied or reused without permission.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

This site is provided as is, without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cameron Smith is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of this site or the messaging program. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of laws rules.

Changes

We may update these terms and will change the date above when we do. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
